Meet The Team

Trevor-Terrill

Trevor Terrill

Founder & CEO

Trevor Terrill got his start in landscaping at just 14 years old, mowing lawns around Colorado Springs. With drive and determination, he built a thriving business from the ground up—his first ’employee’ was a friend who could drive him to job sites before he had a license of his own.

After graduating from Coronado High School, Trevor leaned into his passion for landscaping, taking on bigger projects and landing contracts with HOAs and metro districts.

That eventually led him to launch EarthX, which has grown to employ over 100 employees. Under Trevor’s leadership, the company has built more than 50 parks, completed hundreds of miles of reclamation and stormwater work, and maintains countless properties through its maintenance division. Through it all, Trevor has stayed true to his values: building sustainable landscapes, strengthening communities, and shaping the future of outdoor spaces.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family in Colorado’s beautiful outdoors, traveling, and cooking.  His professional journey has been guided by determination, resilience, and the meaningful relationships he’s built along the way.
